What sizes are there?
8×10" and 16×20" unframed matte prints, and a 16×20" framed version (black wood frame, acrylic front, no mat; hanging hardware included). The Judging Set comes as three unframed 16×20" matte prints. Frames are not included with unframed prints.
How much is shipping?
Shipping calculated at checkout.
How long will it take?
Each print is made to order. Usually 2–5 business days to print, then 2–8 days in transit. You'll get a tracking email when it leaves the printer. Ordering a gift? Order by early December to be safe for the holidays.
Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States for now. Europe and the UK later, once Ozzy has conquered North America.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email a photo to support@judgypet.com within 30 days and we'll reprint it for free. No need to send the damaged one back.
Can I return a print?
Because every print is made just for you, we can't take returns for change of mind. If something's wrong with it, see above: we'll make it right.
Is that a real cat?
Very. That's Ozzy, a tuxedo cat. Every print is a real photo of him, turned black and white with only the eyes left in colour. He has a page.
Can you do my cat?
Custom prints of your own pet are planned for early 2027. Join the list and you'll hear first.
Do you have dog prints?
Not yet. Ozzy is reviewing the application. (Slowly.)
